Colin Percy supplies our shop throughout the year. His pigs are a large White/Landrace/Durox cross, specifically bred for outdoor rearing. They have a good fat cover and develop a thicker skin due to the weather, which makes the crackling delicious and the meat extra juicy. We are confident that once you have tasted our outdoor reared pork, you will never go back to the intensively reared varieties.
