David is a founder member, helping Brindon start-up in 1993. He his responsible for behind the scenes production and supplying pubs and restaurants. In his spare time David loves walking his dog and can be occasionally seen supping a pint in his local.
Tracey is one of our longest serving members, starting back when our weekly pie production was around 200 pies per week. Now we are making 3-3500 pies and Tracey remains a key member. In her spare time she enjoys cooking for her family, babysitting her Granddaughter and visiting her Mum in Blackpool.
Joe started with us in October 2006. He his Adam's right-hand man, helping out with the running of the shop and the Social Media. When he's not at work he can often be seen running, cycling or walking in the countryside or watching Ice Hockey.
Nicola is the friendly face you will see behind the checkout between Monday and Friday. She is responsible for making sure our shelves are full of local produce and that only the best fruit and veg reaches your basket. In her spare time she enjoys Horse Riding, Dog Walking and sampling local Gins!
Dawn has been a versatile member of out team since May 2014. She works on the Deli, Butchery and Checkout. She enjoys the variety of work and is always keen to take on a new challenge. Outside if work, Dawn enjoys Horse Riding, Yoga and exploring the outdoors with her Whippets.
