Give Us A Visit
For fresh, local ingredients, boasting unsurpassable taste and texture, look no further than J. Brindon Addy, Master Butchers and Graziers. We are committed to supplying our customers with the highest quality produce, each and every time.
We enjoy excellent, long-standing relationships with honest and caring local farmers and suppliers. We care about where our produce comes from; we are ambassadors for Yorkshire food and always source locally whenever possible. We then use our many years of experience in butchery to supply you with the most exquisite cuts of meat, which we have matured in-house. Our beef, for example, is matured for 21 days in our on-site, state of the-art, maturation fridge, creating a taste experience you will have never encountered before.
We also make our own pies and pasties, as well as other treats for the taste buds, including a delicious selection of desserts. Our food hall is stocked with fish, vegetables, wines, spirits, condiments, preserves, and much more, all of which has been sourced with the same level of care and commitment as our meat.
